We have expanded our machinery with another 5-axis machining center from manufacturer MTRent, type MTcut UE110-5A, to respond even more flexibly to B2B inquiries.
The new machine is used in CNC component manufacturing and mold making. This allows us to shorten lead times and deliver to our customers faster and more precisely.
Plastic Injection Molding
800 kN Injection Molding Machine
To meet high industrial demands, we invested in a tie-bar-less injection molding machine from the Engel brand. The manufacturing of 2K parts is easily possible thanks to the integrated auxiliary injection unit.
The fully automated machine, an Engel Victory 200/80 Tech, meets future requirements for economical series production in every respect.
Quality Assurance
Automatic Measuring Machines
A tactile measuring station has been commissioned in mold making, suitable for measuring components of any shape. B2B incoming goods inspections are handled even faster and more reliably.
In addition, QA has been equipped with an optical measuring machine to automatically measure injection molded parts alongside production and generate initial sample reports.
