Tactile Measurement in Mold Making
A tactile measuring station has been commissioned in mold making. The machine is suitable for the automatic measurement of components and injection molds of any shape. Incoming goods inspections and initial sample reports can now be completed even faster.
Optical Measurement in Injection Molding
In plastics processing, QA has been equipped with an optical measuring machine. Injection molded parts can now be automatically measured alongside production. Compliance with required tolerances is thereby documented seamlessly.
Good to know: If a mixed measurement (tactile/optical) is required, any existing measurement data can be seamlessly transferred to the respective other machine. This minimizes inspection times and reduces your costs.
