The laser system “Big Smarky” opens up new possibilities for Ambros Huber for in-house marking as well as 2D/3D laser engraving of metals and plastics. The system can process areas of up to 180 mm x 180 mm.
For larger series, the system was partially automated with a rotary table to guarantee fast response times and enable sampling with minimal effort.
The investment noticeably increases flexibility in laser processing and contributes to customer satisfaction.
