Ambros Huber manufactures control elements for gas hobs on behalf of the Swiss premium appliance manufacturer V-ZUG. The components feature a slim design, with parts joined via economical snap-fit connections. An integrated coil spring enables the pressing-down of the switch handle required for operation. This allows Ambros Huber to meet the high demands placed on the surfaces of this design component.
The greatest challenge in manufacturing lies in flawlessly executed surfaces – whether high-gloss polished, metallically coated, painted, printed or marked. The switch handles must remain durable and free of visual defects over the long term. In addition, the components must withstand high temperatures, household chemicals and aggressive food acids.
