Ambros Huber has acquired a modern CNC sliding headstock lathe (Citizen A20) to expand its own machining capabilities. The system features an automatic loading system for bar lengths of up to 3.2 meters and processes materials with a diameter of up to 20 mm.
For over 40 years, Ambros Huber has been active in plastic injection molding and frequently requires turned parts under 20 mm in diameter. The new machine allows this area to be optimally handled in-house going forward and enables seamless production from turned part to finished injection molded part, from a single source.
