The A-Light S is a newly developed solar lamp manufactured in Germany, impressing with its advanced features. It has a powerful LED controlled by sophisticated electronics and is powered by a Li-ion battery – resulting in a brightness unusual for solar lamps, with three levels. A powerful solar module reliably charges the device.
Mobile phones can be charged both via the lamp and directly via the solar module. With suitable adapters, other electronic devices such as portable radios or cameras can also be operated or charged. The housing is made of an extremely durable plastic that withstands even rough handling. The white, translucent light cap uses light-diffusing color to achieve excellent illumination with just one LED. A hanging device integrated into the base can turn the standing lamp into a hanging version when needed.
The lamp serves as a flashlight, camping lantern, cabin lamp or emergency backup during power outages, and effectively replaces the kerosene lamp in developing regions. The A-Light S is delivered fully assembled, including the solar module, in environmentally friendly cardboard packaging – or, on request, as a kit for self-assembly.
